Distanced Learning Using Skype

On January 15th, Class 4-1 had a great oppurtunity to interact with Ms. Flores' family in Venuzuela during their Spanish Class. It was the perfect example of using technology to enhance instructionand 21st Century Skill to the curriculum. Ms. Flores used Skype to place the call from he laptop and used the SMART Board to share the student's interactions with the class.Audacity was used to record the conversation for review by the students and Ms. Flores. The audio portion of the conversation will also be made availableonline so it can be shared with the student's family's and other classes.
